Five Einstein carbonated honey-infused cans in a row (tequila, vodka, rum, bourbon and gin), each with a periodic-table element label from Ht to Hg and the hexagon e icon

Overview

Einstein is a range of carbonated, honey-infused spirits. I created the logo, brand identity and can packaging.

Challenges & Solutions

The challenge was to highlight honey without falling into generic imagery. The brand’s name pointed to science, so the concept became the science of honey, connected by one shape: the hexagon. It shapes the “e” in the wordmark and repeats as the brand pattern. On the cans, science comes through in the line work and the layout, where each spirit is designed as an element from the periodic table.

Alternative Einstein can label options: tequila and vodka cans with a honeycomb base, and gin and bourbon cans with a periodic-table e symbol, each with the wordmark running up the side
Two Einstein business cards, one dark and one light, printed with the honeycomb e pattern and wordmark
