Challenges & Solutions
Most assessments on the market look clinical and generic, and the client wanted something “high design” that would stand out from the competition. With no brand guidelines to build on, I developed the visual language from scratch, testing many ways to present the results before settling on a Swiss-inspired system: a strict grid, clear typographic hierarchy and charts that make dense results easy to read.
The shapes from the logo became the four work styles, while the strengths form a colour palette, so every person’s results read like their own set of pigments.
