For three years, I was the main designer for Two Tales, a craft gin brand from the Gold Coast, shaping its packaging, print, website and social content.
Challenges & Solutions
Every Two Tales gin label uses a single solid colour, chosen to reflect the gin’s main ingredient. For a limited-edition yuzu gin, the client asked me to break from that system and make something bolder.
I developed two directions. For the first, I drew the yuzu, leaves and blossoms by hand, a style that fits the hand-drawn typography already part of the brand. The second is a landscape that represents the brand’s story: a distillery inspired by the Gold Coast and by nature.
